Merits

Maciej Zejda, M.A.

Maciej Zejda is a research and teaching assistant in the Department of Commercial Law and Private International Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Gdańsk and advocate trainee at the District Bar Council in Gdańsk.
Maciej’s main research area is IP Law and the CISG.
Maciej gained his professional experience while working for one of the key international law firms in Warsaw and leading law firms in Gdańsk. He participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and the Central and East European Moot competition. Since 2016 Maciej is a coach of UG Vis team and arbitrator in this competition.

Kaja Zaleska-Korziuk, M.A.

Kaja Zaleska-Korziuk is a research and teaching assistant in the Department of Commercial Law and Private International Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Gdańsk and advocate trainee at the District Bar Council in Gdańsk.
Her main research area is international commercial arbitration. Currently, she is conducting research on third-party funding in international commercial arbitration.
She obtained invaluable mooting experiences throughout her participation in the Central and East European Moot competition, in which she was awarded Speaker’s Prize, and in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Since 2016 Kaja is participating in the Vis Moot as a coach of UG Vis team and arbitrator.
